Drawing upon more than 20 years of experience, Jeff Sica is the founder, CEO, and CIO of Circle Squared Alternative Investments. He founded the firm in 2014 as a platform through which high-net-worth individuals can invest in non-traditional assets such as real estate, technology start-ups, films, and Broadway shows. The firm has since facilitated more than $1 billion in transactions. Jeff Sica also extends his expertise in real estate investments to CSQ-Hampshire Net Lease Fund, LLC, for which he serves as principal. In 2020, the business journal NJBIZ included Mr. Sica among the top 10 on its Commercial Real Estate Power 50 list, describing him as a go-to resource for New Jersey developers looking for equity partners.
Moreover, Jeff Sica is the president and CIO at SICA Wealth Management (SWM). He founded the boutique wealth management firm in 2010 with a group of former colleagues after noticing the erosion of the client-centered wealth management approach in the banking sector. Stressing exceptional, personalized service to business, family, and affluent individual clients, SWM provides services in the areas of financial planning, asset management, and private equity. In addition, Jeff Sica advises mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds in sectors such as commodities, real estate, managed futures, and quantitative trading strategies.
Prior to pursuing his own business ventures in the financial sphere, Jeff Sica gained vital executive-level leadership experience at AG Edwards and Wachovia/Wells Fargo Advisors. He authors his own column titled “Sound Off” for Forbes and has appeared as a guest on Fox Business since 2009. Moreover, he has written for and been quoted in print articles for publications such as Thomson Reuters, Financial Times, and The Wall Street Journal. He also ardently follows these and other media sources to stay connected to market trends and news.
Beyond these pursuits, Mr. Sica is a former chairman of the Executive Council of Daytop New Jersey and served on the 2014 NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee. He is a longtime resident of New Jersey who is married and has three children.
